  • every wonderful in the universe one small view expert part?

  • Beautiful flying!

  • This puts to shame the fellows who whine about it being too windy to fly!

  • i flew this plane in some pretty windy conditions and i found it so difficult to fly, would you say its easier to fly in open areas because the area i flew in was rather small?

  • Without wind it flys just amazingly well. I love this little thing!

  • are these rc's ok (hard/easy) for beginners? Do they survive well in a crash?

    Thanks

  • @ozdevilman2000 this mustang is probably for intermediate flyers. The Ultra Micro J-3 Piper Cub would probably good be for beginners. I have a P-51 like this one and my little brother has a J-3. The P-51 is very fast and harder to fly compared to the J-3.

  • @Wes91793 Thankyou very much!! The J-3 it is then.

  • @ozdevilman2000 No problem but I heard that the ember 2 is even easier than the J-3 but it's your call lol

  • @ozdevilman2000 your gonna bend your shaft on any plane that has the front mortor when your a begginer go with dynam hawk sky

  • @XxstryaexX1 you are probably right. I haven't bought anything yet still watching the guys at their airfield.

  • @ozdevilman2000 go with the 3ch wild hawk. its ewhat i learned off of. its extremly durable and easy to fly. its very portabletoo. (wings come out of plane for easy transportation) motor iis in the back too

  • whos filing? an illegal from mexico? watch my disfigured ape video

  • there are some 420mAh Lipos i found on ebay. they will give you alittle more power, weight, and about 30 minutes of flight time no joke!! check em out! i use those for now on!!

  • Nice flying! I wonder where this is...I grew up in Colorado Springs and I swear those mountains in the background look so familiar...I'm thinking about picking up a BNF version since I have a Dx6i. Can this plane fly slowly as well?

  • Hello, great video.

How much wind will it be able to handle?

  • @tw8e60 I've flown mine in 10-15 mph winds but it was pretty sketchy.

  • @ddrlankyj

Cool, I bought one and usually it's about 10Mph, it bounces a lot, but it's still enjoyable, not as much a my bigger planes, bt then I don't have to drive a lot to find a good spot.

  • @tw8e60 yea I bought mine to play with after work. I wanted something easy to pack up and take with me. I have a much larger mustang as well that I will be making videos of once these ridiculous winds we have right now go away. It's been 15-25 mph winds for a freekin week now.

  • @tw8e60 I've flown mine in 10-15 mph winds but it was pretty sketchy.

  • dont need an indicator i can hear the wind!

  • I just got one of these myself and had one question before flying... I'll call it "chater" (i mean the noise the plane makes when the battery is in) is it normal to always sound like something's going on when you're not touching the controls? also, what's the range? :)

  • Mine makes the same chatter, I think they all do, it's a bloody cool plane and very tough...

  • tough.... i think its a littel week i was flying around my street and then went in for a landing and i landed perfectly in to a crack and both wheels flew off and it wasn't such a hard landing

  • @620sly-- Mine's tough-- I crashed it pretty hard a few times will I was learning-- knocked the nose cone off a few times, snapped the prop shaft and creased the wings and tail and its still flying great. Did the wheels break or just pop out?

  • they un glued but glued them back with elmers glue and put light clear tape above them and it flys great but i keep getting alot of lift

  • I found that quality clear tape works well-- first I used epoxy but its too bulky and heavy, then EVOTITE CA460-- works great on foamies too...

  • @verliererkolben You can try and open it and see if there are any wires touching the servo's that they're fighting and make sure the control surface don't have a lot of tension. The range is pretty far. I've had mine 200 feet up. At that distance though orientation becomes difficult.

  • nice sceenery to fly in. would you think that it is an easy plane to lean with ailerons?

  • try getting a 250 or 400 mah battery. if the connectors don't match just swich em out. i get about 35 minutes of flying and a bit more power.

  • @mayi420uplease-- where did you find a 250 or 400 mah Lipo?? The highest I have found is 150 mah...

  • do you ever shop on ebay? theres the genereic ones i bought that are 400's and theres the Thunder Power brand thats a 350 and runs around $11. just remove the connector from one of the old batteries and soldier it on.

  • Thanks-- found 'em-- got 2 that already have the connector attached $7.95 each from seller 'superhobby'

  • what was the item? i cant seem to to find it in that store. whats the item name?

  • longer run times means your motor won't last as long. mines needs to be replace every 2-3 months.

  • How much flight time are you getting before the LVC starts to surge the motor? My Parkzone Ultra-Micro P-51D gets about 1-2 minutes of flight before it surges.

  • you should look for the 3.7v 400mAh. flight time before the surge is about 40 minutes depending on your acceleration
