This is because the less powerful rely on the powerful for their survival. Black women have been fighting to prove themseves for too long; they raise single parent families, work and not on welfare, we serve the country and fight for the black and white safety, yet we still manage to earn a degree. You tell me if we have the right to have an attitude with people of all dominations to consistantly challenge us. We as black women are the last of the pickings.

I have a black mother who serves this country, fights for everyone, helps anyone, raised our family all by herself, dont spend hours on her hair and nails, have her degree while doing all of this,and is still going strong today. Just because she is black does that make her any of the above. Get a life people. If they won it fair and square then they deserve it, no need for a petition. Sign what will help all people not isolated incidents or situations.
