  • this woman is much nicer than judge judy

  • No trash talking or yelling. I like it.

  • Judge Millian did a great job on that case, im very happy to see the plaintiff won like he should have but at the same time they resolved the issue and the girl can go back to her normal routine as previously planned.

  • Whew! There for a minute I thought the judge was going to fire 'Douglas' and hire 'Andre' to be her bailiff!

  • I like how the plaintiff and the defendant don't get angry at each other! :)

  • At one point, the trainer looks like Anderson Silva....

  • @KhidirD2K Haha that was my first reaction. He does look alot like him!

  • @SAD33333333333333 true riggghhttt!!! hahahahahaha..... only he's slightly bigger.

  • I think it's always a good idea to encourage our children to eat healthy and exercise..however, to encourage or emphasis that they need to lose weight and make it like an obsession, can lead to worse problems down the road. Stay Healthy, but by the same token, love who you are, the way you are..

  • Lmao they really needed a court to work that out?

Bloody hell, what a crap example those two are setting for the 12 year old. 'We're too dumb to sort this out, we'll take it to a judge who can tell us how stupid we are'.

  • She is too young to be unhealthy- hey arent all too either young or old to be unhealty? Dear streetlady think before you are talking.

  • "Look at your mom so you know she's not lying to you" That is seriously unfair. Judge Milian knows damn well that parents can perfectly well take it out on their children later. The poor girl doesn't know which way will leave her with less punishment. "Bad blood" does not cover it, my bro.

  • i couldn't let a personal trainer into my house or anywhere NEAR ME if i lost a court case against them.i mean who wants goto jail for cracking a weight over some guys bald head, cuz i thought ( or i made up) he touched my daughter.................. -_-

  • What a great case, I'm so happy to know everyone is happy (probably not the mom though.. lol)

  • This was so calm and civil. A refreshing change!

  • LOL @ fat blonde bitch saying the girl needs to "get in shape"

    hypocritical cow

  • @turnip0pie Note how she said "too young to be out of shape"? So clearly the fat blonde thinks she's "old enough" to be fat. Self-serving hypocrite!

  • The girl looks fine... -_-

  • Refreshing to see a "civil" court case ... where both the plaintiff and defendant didn't act like a bunch of idiots ... No yelling and screaming ... No interrupting each other AND the judge ... No mud slinging ... Notice also, because the plaintiff and the defendant behave with class that Judge Millian didn't have to treat them like street trash ... LOL!

  • 4:58 who the hell is that chick to say the twelve year old is unhealthy? Take a look in the mirror honey.

  • Hmmn the trainer does also need to lose some weight.

  • She is too young to be unhealthy???-Hey does your age determine whether its ok to be healthy or not?

  • @globe255 Gone are the days when youth equalled normal weight and good health. Basically if the girl is not healthy at a time in her life when its supposed to be a given, she desperately needs to do something about it now for a better future.

  • @ThePetalbluelite Its important to understand that weight doesnt have a certain age.

  • 5:07 Harvey: "(passive-aggressively) Oh, so it's okay to cement those weight conscious issues?"

Throughout the show: making lame, inappropriate smart-ass puns about weight, blowing up, eating, etc. etc.

Jesus, what a jackass. Can't believe TPC and especially Milian were okay with how this episode was handled.

  • @sauceykat Harvey Levin is consistently rude, aggressive, tasteless, judgmental and a total asshole. He should go.

  • Asking all the fat people about losing weight is so funny.

  • He should have knocked on the door or a phone call (don't most people have cells?). Either way, Judge said, "what if she just dropped her daughter off..."

As a man, there is no way I would train a young girl who was dropped off! That's asking for trouble.

  • @kiddingme01 true that. imagine chris hansen waiting inside for you.

  • @patryklau

take a seat... take a seat..

  • Best One EVER!!!!

  • I like cases like this. Everyone's professional and the decision is reasonable. And it didn't seem like the mom was forcing her daughter into the training, I think she really wanted it and that's okay. She's a mature girl and I think it's great she wants to make this decision for her health early.

  • @lorenzo2581 Quite agree. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that child, and no 12-year-old should be worried about her looks. My guess is that someone at school is likely giving her a hard time (I had sisters, so I know girls that age are a bunch of thugs). But she's already got a look that suits her, and enough poise for a consular post, so she'll do fine.

  • i love this one!

  • Descent adults and kid, but a bunch of hurt feelings. At least it ends well.

  • @lorenzo2581 well said. She's a beautiful girl

  • What a nice bunch of people. Up-standing, honest and fair citizens instead of some of the usual dregs of society! hehehe. Nice episode. Refreshing to see a simple dispute put right :-)

  • She doesn't look like she needs to lose weight.

  • Best episode so far! It's nice to see court cases when the plantiff and defendent come together for a common cause:- in this case, the best for the defendent's daughter.

    =]

  • The most friendliest Peoples Court I have ever watched!!

  • SO REFRESHING TO SEE A DIGNIFIED PEOPLES COURT!

  • @atomicnortherner Most of them seem dignified, maybe I haven't seen enough.

  • Mr.Reid, please be mine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

  • best. plantif. evar.

  • Aren't they going to feel a little weird about seeing eachother from now on? I mean they took eachother to court!!! ... I don't even understand why the woman just didn't agree to pay him before the court, it's not like she had a defence at all, so why bother come to the court? to appear on TV I guess?

  • she's twelve , 12 yrs old....I think that is weird to have a physical trainer....she looks perfectly fine and beautiful...exercise is great but not to be obsessed over...um, to this point...wow ...in my opinion

  • I disagree with the her not being there day. What pareant would want a grown man alone with her daughter? I think he did the right thing by not going in.

  • @MyLatestEscape, I completely agree with you - this is all weird to me. Also who knows what the mother can make up after he took this to court.

  • That woman at 5:05 is calling another person "Unhealthy"????

  • @y3ll0ch0c0lat3 Haha I know, I asked myself that same question!

  • I really liked how this case ended. It was just a little misunderstanding and Judge Milian handled the case very well.

  • why does this judge TALK SO EFING MUCH! she just never listens. she loves to talk talk talk

  • loved this case...love when judge m shows the human side of her....a caring loving person, woman and most of all mother......she's beautiful inside and out

  • I love the "watch this" routine.

  • wow Judge Milian seemed rather nice in this case. I think it's cause noone was really lieing? Besides when the mother said the contract was different.

What really gets judge judy/milian pissed is when ppl lie!

  • This shows the difference between Judge Judy and Judge M M.... compassion and empathy.

  • The mom was probably like "Nooo!!! Why did you want more lessons from HIM!!! I rather pay the 1200!!!!! AHHHHHHH!!!!" when they got to their car.

  • The daughter is a little butter ball..

  • 8:00 What does this black dude mean by saying "She might have a little bad blood"?

Is that suppose to be offensive towards her background or what? Not sure.

  • not at all, it was a comment about the case. he didn't want any hard feelings i think.@whatupchico

  • @whatupchico I think he meant that the mother may come across as a bit chilly after this day in court, which would make future sessions a bit awkward.

  • @whatupchico bad blood is an expression for bad feelings or sentiments about a past event, it's like a grudge. it has nothing to do with ethnicity.

  • beautiful man

  • Yes, the trainer is a real man. Calm, well spoken, and a gentleman.

  • @cuttock yes i agree with u, he (the trainer) seems to be so well centered, and his mind is fast, crisp, accurate and right down to the point. Its amazing to see a mind working so well in a world where its easy to find unbalanced crazy people, me included. He sure is a living example that exercise is good for body and mind.

  • I agree w/ Loriann's comment- He SHOULD have rung the doorbell, but if the child was home alone and no adult was around, I can't blame him for not going forward with the session. Personally, I don't feel that the 12 year old was overweight. And if her weight was a concern, then sports, exercise, ETC. I think would have been a better choice. but to each their own.

  • @PsychicRogue wow i didn't realize that...then maybe the mother is a bad mother?

Cause that makes sense. That black guy is really a gentleman.

  • Can anyone else agree with me that if when he arrives and a parent or ADULT is not at the home the session should be rescheduled?

  • @loriann1237 hahahaw, I had posted that BEFORE they interviewed the plaintiff at the end!

  • I cant believe the horrible way peer pressure of others can make kids feel so self conscious and bad about themselves. Shes a beautiful girl and her mother is caring and lovely. Its sad it has come to a court coz the trainer seems cool too.

  • This comes out nice and sweet. Adorable girl.

  • I think this was a very fair way to deal with it. It's best to have a trained professional who will give good advice deal with this young lady than for her to get advice from random places online. The mother is simply looking out for the best interest of her child.

  • any body else? that fat ass in the pink jacket critiquing a twelve year old on her weight

  • @envolopettly

That "fat ass in the pink jacket" was telling it like it was. She was right. What, so you can't tell a heavy girl she needs to lose weight? NO.

  • The Daughter isn't fat!

  • dam she lookz gud for twelve, holla!

  • She's a cutey.

  • nice case - both class litigants - and leaving up to the daughter was the right thing to do . . .wish we could see more class acts like the plaintiff and defendant.

  • @skaggsey wouldnt be as entertaining ;)

  • @strangersxcandy lol..very true - would be downright boring. I guess I should have said LESS class acts like the litigants...:D

  • lolol "contrack"

  • Judge Milian is mega hot

  • Comment removed

  • The mom seems genially concerned about the daughters health & weight which usually goes hand & hand with self esteem problems. So why is she allowing her daughter to go around looking like the girl on the Ugly Betty show. She has same haircut, same ugly glasses and the same dress style. She almost looks like ugly Betty. Im sure thats not helping her.

  • Wow, this was a great case. I am glad it was handled in such a civil way. Both the defendant and plaintiff wanting to leave it up to the daughter to decide if she wanted to continue was awesome. I love how she gave 2 options as to how to proceed and was very encouraging that both sides get as much benefit out of the situation as possible. I hope the daughter continues to look as healthy as she did on TV and grows up to be a wonderful and responsible young lady.

  • fair and square judgment if u were to ask me

  • Wow that guy was professional.

  • That black dude is so chill.

  • @IveRuinedMyLIFE Thats because people who train others for exercise know self-control.

  • @IveRuinedMyLIFE Why do you have to say its a black dude? Why not just say "that dude" as the only guy who's really involved in this case.

  • I can't stand Harvey Levin, and his big yap. He's asking the crowd what they think about this young girl training and he cuts off someone giving an opinion in order to give his. The guys a twit and probably earns the big bucks to stand out there flapping his mouth

  • ehhh, its hard making a living as a personal drainer, everybody wants to be one and nobody wants to pay for one, so its difficult

  • @italianromani He's the only reason I dislike the show.

  • @BjorkGudmundsdottir i cant understand why people dont like him.

  • @AllDayRippa He's cocky.

  • Fair is fair, and JM was fair!!!

  • Oh wait! It's not Judy. Judge Milian.

  • BUT SHE HOT AND YOUNG AND FRESH

  • Judge Judy did it really well as always. That was great :)
