I just recently found out im allergic to pretty much EVERYTHING! The only things i cant eat are meat, fruits and vedgetables and rice.. ive been eating an apple for breakfest, rice for lunch and meat and vegetables for supper for the past 3 weeks straight.. i cant even eat potatoes or chips or icecream, or chocolate, cereal, bread, flour, starch! So the fact that shay is doing shayloss and not eating unhealthy foods has really helped me accept the fact that i cant eat anything.. HAHA Thanks shay

hey shay here is a tip for you if your kids dont eat all the food they take what my friends mom did when they were younger any food that was on our plate she kept and if they wanted a snack later they had to eat what they didnt eat at supper. they wernt aloud anything else untill that food was eaten.
