Nothing is compareable to real exercises!

I tell this as a guy with really slow metabolism who used to be over 130kg and now is under 96.

It's not all about bodybuilding if you have a geberally muscleful body alredy.It is more like about exercises that you can repeat constantly for long time without getting tired.Training can be fun too with some good music and passion:)

And dont eat anything in the evening.It's annoying but that was the first step that did help me losing weight constantly...

why dont you go out and exercise? walk 1h a day, and youll definetly see results that are better than what this thing can give you. trying to help you save money, and get a healthier body:D
