don,t have anything like that in florida, we have ponds i ment that other stuff, whats it called? yeah ice, we use ice in our tea, there for icetea.hahaha
There are a number of dewatering systems, pumps, and wells. For example, I am a recruiter searching for a dewatering expert who has the ability to manage a dewatering program at a mine site. This would include dewatering a open pit mine, leach ponds, tailing ponds, monitoring wells, as well as the managing the dust program. This video only highlights the pump used for this instance.
hey jason. there is just 1 thing i dont understand about that dewatering. its a pound wright? its suppost to collect water. why do you need to take out now? its gonne collect a whole lott more over the winter. do you need to flatten the buttom more ??
Underground (not our company) had to come in and build a control structure, along with adding a couple lengths of pipe. My company had the pumps so they hired us to do it.
McDonalds Coffee ... really? Cmon man... Tims! So how long did it take to pump it out... where are the aftermath photos? I waited this long to watch all 3 just to not have videos...
@vantagetes HEY! That's not fair. I started at #1 thinking I would see the results of what it looked like after you Dewatered the pond. You are such a tease. Shame on you. I expect something like that from a woman, that is their way of life but I didn't expect it from an operator & vidiographer of your caliber.
@vantagetes - OK buddy, I just had hoped for a little more of a view from, maybe the original video point. I see you caught my humor. It is good when people do not mistake humor for an attack. I enjoy your videos. Thanks for posting them. - I bet it took a long time to drain.
@specialks1953 I pumped that stupid pond down for 2 months so we could finish the bottom as requested. When I finally got it pumped they waited 2 weeks while they decided on the "final design" then the temp went to -25*C and it snowed 2ft. Needless to say we pumped it out again the next year...
@vantagetes - Don't you just love management people? They often spend so much time trying to make the cost effective decision that they lose sight of the correct approach to achieve the objective. They had 2 months to decide on the bottom finish, then waited till it was done to figure out what they wanted. lol
Sounds like someone is blowing the mic.
