Accident - Peugeot 405 & Cadillac Seville 1982 in Iran

I had a small newer 2008? Kia car cross over and hit me at 25 mph almost head on. I was driving an old 1990 Mercury Grand Marquis. The mercury was still able to drive while the Kia 4-door car was bent sideways. Only the passenger rear door would open on the Kia. All 4 of my doors opened. My car was still drivable and I drove it home. The Kia was folded and even the dash was pushed back 8-inches on the driver's side. My air bag didn't even pop out.

Many references exist including Wikipedia: "The Seville Cadillac was manufactured in Iran under the brand name of "Cadillac Iran" from 1978 to 1987 by Pars Khodro, which was known as "Iran General Motors" before the Islamic Revolution. We all agree this K-body style(based on the X-body style of Chevy Nova) was made from fall of 75 until the new "Bustleback" was introduced in 80. BUT the K-BODY style WAS produced by Pars Khodro from 1978 until 82-83 along with Chevy Nova (even though it´s says 1987 in Wikipedia), the "Bustleback"-was NOT. Pars Khodro produced the K-BODY Seville and it is most likely this well built Seville was a 82 year model IN IRAN! even though the grille looks like a 79 DETROIT-produced Seville.

See that metal bumper on the Cadillac? That's something you don't see on any modern car, including the updated version of 405 made in Iran. Nothing can compare to them in durability. But somehow they managed to call that a safety threat because it doesn't react correctly as a "crumple zone". Man, what a load of shit, huh?

How do you explain that Caddy is damaged only on his upper right side and same side of the Peuget was not damaged ? So left side of the Caddy crash Peugeot without damage but right side not !?!? That Caddy was probably hit Peugeot AFTER accident and that explains damage on the hood.

The metal bumper on the Cadillac is directly connected to the frame of the car. Having seen the frame of both cars, the Cadillac is a tank compared to the 405. The bumper could have easily done this all by itself.

I crashed a 97 Ford Escort into the back of a 07 Buick Regal. My Escort got crushed, the hood reduced to 2/3 of its original length. It never started again. The 07 Regal had nothing more than a ding in its plastic bumper.
