This is a great video. I work with kids and I have mastered the 3 ball technique and I use instructions that are similar to this...but I am going to use these instructions in my groups because they are more exhaustive. Great video.

@Hezvar Try throwing the 3 balls a few times without even trying to catch them, just to get rid of the mental block keeping you from throwing the third. Try some short practice (15-30 minutes) one day with some easy and attainable goal. Attain that goal and declare victory. Try another short practice the next day with a slightly harder goal. Generally each new practice should feel easier than the previous one. Don't give up and have fun! Once it becomes easy, search youtube for some new tricks.
