Victoria St into Shaftsbury Rd, as you turn right drivers have a choice of 2 lanes, both have arrows which mean you're either turning left into Wilga or going straight ahead! As there's arrows they really can't be changing lanes legally!
just because the indicator's on, doesn't give them right of way they need to be sure it's also safe to change lanes also...totally not your fault, but we both know car drivers don't seem to learn, it takes the vantage point of a truck driver or the exposure of being a cyclist to learn some road craft
I think that would have been the car's fault. Sure you were distracted but he was changing lanes with no room, they should have waited for a gap. That being said good reactions to slow down
would he be at fault - or you? because I was in a similar crash but actually crashed i was signalling but he didnt see me and said it was my fault - so im still waiting for her response anyway :\

Wouldn't have been your fault.
Dumbass in teh car "needed" to take up 2 lanes to go around the corner.
Dumbass in the car indicated for too short a time.
Dumbass in the car started changing lanes before it was safe to do so.
