yes i have seen it. i will agree it a little like armor but the majority of the clothing is cloth so i will consider it clothing.

no not really wat you do in the begginning affects the town and then everything about your character and his structure is made by your decisionsw and choices in expierience

Personally I can see why Molyneuix would remove armour, In fable 1, everyone would wear the same armour(Platemail) because it was the best armour, and useable by anyone, even mage/ranged characters.
