By the way, I disclaimed this song roughly for my characters, the twinkies. They're Wizard Waldo's guards and henchmen who have the same song. The way they sing it is just like the way the winkies sing it like, "♪Wo we wo, yo-oh!♪" And they repeat this chant while they march.
So scary, but catchy. If I was able to tell Stephen Spelberg about an Animanics Wizard of Oz spoof, I'd probably be a great villian as the general of the winkies and instead of a wicked witch, I was thinking a wicked wizard instead.
Why are they called winkies? They look like they must be the same race as the witch of the west... maybe they're hobgoblins? Or half-elven drow with a trace of troll blood? =P
@MrAppleMac513 Mebbe I tink joo are uneranalyzing it!! Have a little fun, man!! "Bah they're just winkies and thats all they will ever be forevermore amen cuz I have no imagination or breadth of exposure in the greater fantasy genre!!" ;P
@rat4cooler Ok first off I have plenty of imagination. Secondly the creatures you are trying to make them hadn't been thought up when the book was written.
@MrAppleMac513 Newp and fail. Your piddly imagination humiliated itself when it couldn't get past a meaningless time barrier!! My heartfelt condolences. ='(

I read somewhere that they are saying, "All we are is no one." I used to say "Oh-ee-oh" when I was a kid. Still do as a matter of a fact lol

False.

Well known fact to be honest. Albeit it is hard to understand them.

The official lyrics are "All we owe, we owe her". My old man got it wrong at bar trivia and it has hunted him ever since.

@MiataCoteh Except those aren't the official lyrics, just another rumour. The official lyrics in the script are pretty much the chant phonetically.
