@framboise595 That was a long time ago when countries were conquered by war. Greek civilization favored men because men were hired as mercenaries and went to war. Even Greek art depicted the ideal woman as a man with a womans head.

ANY civilization favors men ,not only the Greek one. Because civilization begins when men give THEIR names to their children and make women properties in order to have a true role as fathers. Civilization begins when men symbolically overcome the womb and break the matriarchal mother/ child fusion (which is just a step towards something greater ).
Any civilization needs to overcome the mother/wife yoke to reach what is highest.
