  • whether this song actually exists? Are anyone know the name? This melody is beautiful!! <3

  • UN DIA COMO HOY 27 DE DICIEMBRE NACIO

    1948: Gérard Depardieu, actor francés.

(Gérard Xavier Marcel Depardieu (n. 27 de diciembre de 1948). Es un actor nacido en Chateauroux,Francia.)

  • WOW poesia splendida

    Beautiful My love... Wonderful

  • hahaahahahahaah

    o cara arregaçou o piano

  • A film i never seen , one of the most famous actor in france , who plays more than Ten movies, series, theater per years ^^

  • I loved this scene... best in the film I thought Depardieu speaks so beautifully in French, when he has to act in English he loses so much of his gift, (though i still love him.) I really like the fact that this film utilised his beautiful voice in it's native tongue.

Mind you, the last scene of this film is something special too. I don't care what anyone says, Depardieu's the boss.

  • I love this part.

  • Pour Bronte

  • does enyone knows which piano piece Gerard playing while saying the poem ?????????

  • @Maria18081977 It's "Asking you" by Hans Zimmer.

  • @Maria18081977 It was written for the film. It's meant to be one of the character's compositions.

  • This was a funny scene...that and the dress up fake photos.

  • Cock in a bottle

  • 1:52

    kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • BRAVO GERARD DEPARDIED

  • great movie, excellent scene..

  • thought it was Shaun Ryder for a minute.

  • It's actually better than a lot of the music I hear these days

  • love this scene, hilarious

  • I once saw Gerard in B&Q, in Paris. My wife was so overwhelmed, that she accidently spilled some mushy peas on his loafers. He was NOT happy and reeled of a list of expletives, in French.

I later played back his tirade, which I had recorded on my dictaphone, to a French work colleague and it roughly translated as ' get off at the next stop, you stupid paki bitch'.

    Not a very pleasant man.

  • @duroeno1 he reacted like and ordinary man, and maybe he had a bad day

  • @duroeno1 If that's true, he is no better than the top fashion designer who was sacked recently for his racist tirade...already forgot his name. No matter how bad your day is you have no right to belittle someone based on their race or skin, anger has many forms, and the least personal is always the one that works best.

  • Quelle performance grandiose!!!definetly my favorite French actor ever!!! thanks a lot for posting this great vidéo!!!:)

  • It's a very charming film...Gerard was great in this. This scene especially was the one I kept rewinding to watch again.

  • My lord that mans voice!

  • Haha! His accent!!! I can't tell if it's completely real, but if it is, he got a lot better for "Bogus" :D Love him!

  • i love saying this actors name with a french accent

  • does anyone know which piece sh's playing?

  • @flexrate Chopin: Mazurka

  • hands down my favorite part of the movie, it cracks me up EVERY TIME!!!! haha ^_^

  • just came across this video on accident , never heard of this film or anything, but it was beautiful...

  • Thank you so much for posting this scene on here. It is one of my favourites from any film. The way Gerard Depardieu plays and speaks with such sincerity gets me every time. He is an outstanding actor.

  • the poem in spanish:

Una vez oí el sonido del viento en los arboles

una vez oí el sonido de las risas de los niños

y llore lagrimas calientes por los arboles perdidos

dejad que los niños se acerquen a los arboles y tendrán esperanza dijo. (Dijo Andy)

pero no hay árboles para los pobres niños perdidos

la basura es su juguete, la desesperación es el juego

    solo al caos pueden trepar.
