Tonight I tuned into an NPR FM station and heard some of the most ethereal, beautiful, and inspired piano music not heard in some time. I then learned it was composed by Federico Mompou. Just as this piece is beautiful, so was it.

This the finest peformance of the Pajaro Triste, I belive beating out even Jordi Maso's. Beautiful touch and phrasing and ttiming. Excellent pianism. I wish this would get more hits. It is so beautifuly heartwarming.l.
