I don't get people comparing this to WoW. Sure, there are some similar elements, especially in the trailers, but really now, they're nothing alike in terms of gameplay, storyline and overall fan-base. This is a dark, gothic horror game. WoW is much, much more light-hearted and appeals more to the masses. They're both great games! But nothing alike!
