We all know that british are more strictly trained. As most American soldiers are forced to join the army if they do not attend university. Us British are willing to serve for our country, for freedom and peace. We justify what is right. We do all the dirty work. The French? They do nothing. The Americans? They come when they feel that it is safe enough. We are always the first there. Always the least casualties. Britain ftw.
Americans aren't forced to join up, there's no draft. If they were their military would be more than 10 million. They are pretty free and easy who they accept, but their biggest issue is ignorance and parochialism, they know almost nothing of anything outside their own immediate area. This makes them trigger happy soldiers as they have no empathy for others, including their allies. They shot up British armor in both gulf wars.
That is so true, especially with the SAS for selection you must complete a 40 mile trek across the brecon beacons with a full pack and rifle. There is a Combined Cadet Force at my College (Wellington College) you have to do at least one year of it. Showing we are an incredibly strong military nation.
on this every year we should remember the lost but we should also remember those still fighitng and the survivors of such horrific times. dont forget them remeber them as the heors they are and always will be!!
