  • so cool

  • it'z super duper creation really enjoyed

  • Around 1978 Jackson Browne was scheduled to play a concert at an old Tempe/Phoenix outdoor theme park just off McDowell Rd. The 9:00pm show was delayed by weather forecasting lightening and showers. Most everyone stayed and around 11:00 pm with lightening flashing in the distant skies, Jackson Browne took the stage and played "Stay a little bit longer" as the opening song. Midnight Lightening still flashing Jackson Browne was just getting warmed up to deliver a treasured performance.

  • Don't like this version as well. I love Jackson, though!

  • You lucky lucky soul Bozboo!!!

  • I agree the 1978 version is the best. Is that David L on the "slide" guitar here?

  • @f246gts Yeah, that's Mr. Lindley

  • Im 18, and i somehow love the original more than this cover. Nothing compares to the oldies.

  • @bhollyfield Me too, I love the live version of 1978 with David L...............

  • Just a little...<3...bit longer :-{)

  • With all due respect to the Four Seasons and the Temptations, I prefer this version. Very nicely done.

  • I would travel so far to see this guy in concert!

  • This song grabs you.

  • in the "temptations" movie it sounded better
