I know why they are called "penis fish" among English-speakers. Their technical name is Urechis Unicinctis, a type of marine worm. They are similar to Urechis Caupo (same genus and look similar), "the fat innkeeper worm" but there is no English "nick name" for these guys and because they are commonly eaten raw in Japan and Korea (stir fried usually in China) they often are nicknamed "Korean penis fish", "Chinese penis fish", etc...
