@metalgear32 For soup - red onions, white onions, leeks, butter, oil, sage, garlic, salt and pepper, chicken/beef stock.

Bread with cheddar cheese on top

Garnish with Worcestershire sauce and sage with olive oil..

@cpmc1 You can use Vegetable stock.. And I didn't see him use any wine. But the alcohol in wine evaporates when you cook it, or you can always just skip the step / add more stock instead of wine
