Change State constitutions to minimal fully portable safety net benefits at minimal market rates for education, healthcare, housing, food stamps...and then eliminate all susbidies to Corporations and non-for-profits and eliminate Corporate tax - in the order listed please. Then reset regs and oversight (removing all anti-competitive advantages)

Then privatize all public schools, housing, healthcare services etc and yes, this means we pay for ourselves if we can afford to.
