I bought one just like it on Amazon for around $80.00, but they went fast. Works great behind my electric bike. It took me 5 minutes to set mine up and it does come with a quick release set up for bikes that have a quick release tire.

it was maybe just a fault with your trailer in particular because i have had mine for 3 years doing 35 miles a day every day and serious technical off- roading every weekend and it hasn't failed me once fully laden.
