That RS-18 has never been to the D-L. It has worked for GVT on both the DLWR and the Falls Road Railroad. It is a DLWR locomotive (DLWR 1801, originally CN) and yes, it is a runner. It is actually used in tandem with the 1044 at the paper company due to the fact that there is no runaround in that area (nearest RARs are in the CSX yard or back towards Lowertown Batavia but neither is ideal. GVT has owned that engine for a good number of years.
What's up with the RS18 #1801 @ 0:52? That's not on the DL roster, is it?
