Noreen, you are a genious! I've linked this video to my cooking blog as I made this for a group of 3O pastors at a luncheon. Huge success! They gave many compliments and several shook my hand. I owe you the thanks. If you want to check out where you are highly recommended, it is a Wordpress blog called Diva of Delicious"
OH MY GOSH YOU ARE THE BEST!!! And by the way I LOVE the Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ sauce too!! I BBQued with it for Memorial's Day and it was amazing. By the way do you have any videos on barbequeing on a grill? Thanks so much.
I just got done watching your video on bbq pork loin.I loved it.This gives me another way to fix my families pork loins.I most of the time will cut it up and grill it in the summer time or at christmas time we will bake it for the main dish.I'll have to try it this way when I get a pressure cooker. Thanks.
@inlove0395 I bought mine from HSN three years ago, but I recently purchased one from an ebay store. It was what they call factory reconditioned. Sometimes that means it was just returned because the retailer could not sell it. I have purchased two like this and they have both been new and worked just fine. I gave them as gifts. I purchased a second one for myself so that I can do lots of corn on the cob in the summer. You can fit 9 to 12 ears in this thing and cooks in 8 to 10 min.
Love your videos & recipes .....I cook for my in-laws every Wednesday night, so I use the crock pot and take it to their house:) love to see more crock pot recipes....Your'e Awesome
The husband and I are now researching reviews for pressure cookers!
About the dried, sliced garlic, would you please share the brand you used? I haven't been able to find it for several years----- McCormick discontinued it way back when.
@heylookatmelookatme The machine I use is the Wolfgang Puck Bistro. I got mine on HSN, but I got two others off of ebay. Factory returns that were brand new in perfect condition. As for the garlic, you are going to laugh. I get it on a regular basis at Big Lots. there is no brand. I find that they have a large variety of common spices that run about $1.00 per bottle. I bought about 10 bottles of it and emptied them into a quart jar. Gave one to my nephew and all is right with the world.
@OBXSOLWIND I know, I just can't get used to the vinegar based sauce. : ( I tried. But born in NJ and raised in AZ it's hard to get used to. I thank you for subbing my channel. I follow you as well. Down here in New Bern. Have not had to opportunity to visit the OBX but have it on my to do list.
@bearlysceneranch You know the funny thing is that I have had this electric model for 3 year and I use it all the time. Actually I don't use it as much as I should. You are right about the beans, dried beans only take around 15 to 20 minutes to cook in this thing. I love it. I could do a commercial for it!
Hi Noreen, that recipe looks delicious. Just wanted to say also, it just cheered me up watching your video as I subscribe to Russia Today and most of my subscriptions are about fighting/deaths in Bahrain :(. Its so nice to listen to you, you're always cheerful and your food looks yummy, thank you :D xxxx
I tried ribs for the first time yesterday. They turned out really good. The only thing I would change is that I would use pork ribs instead of beef. I thought they were way to fatty. The only reason I bought them that they were on sale at Publix. I am going to try this pork loin tonight. Thanks for the pressure cooker meals!
hi noreen, im pregnant and finding that im craving pork and beef but ive never really liked the texture of steak or roasted pork, could you make a meal that id be able to handle. Also i live in the uk so if i cant get certain items can i use our versions? thanks xxx
@Louisesoilleux When you say that you don't care for the texture, do you mean the firmness? Do you enjoy those meats when they are stewed or slow cooked and softer? If so, a nice slow cooked pot roast would do the trick for the beef and this pork is wonderful before you put any sauce on it. You could eat it plain or put gravy over it. Also pork tenderloin may be a better choice for you. I will work something up that you might like. Thanks for watching and commenting! Noreen
@atticus9799 ive only ever eaten chicken and fish, but this baby seems to want red meats and im craving them ive tried eating them but the chewiness and texture are not something im liking, while watching this meal my mouth was watering like it does in most of your videos lol.. im looking forward to your next video and cant wait to make it xx

Now I am starving for BBQ pork and cole slaw. I wish I knew how to make cole slaw. I love it but I've never looked into making my own. Great video!

Do you have some recipe for a home-made BBQ sauce (that's without all those chemicals)?
Thanks!

Makes me drool.
I do the same but use a pork shoulder. Leftovers I can so that it's possible to have pulled pork sandwiches anytime I like.
