I think it would be better for you to use some text when you are recording your voice. I mean you will avoid those (ehm, hmm..eee... etc)
In my oppinion.. your videos are very interesting but a "solid" speech adds much more interestion in educational videos.

Quinoa is a complete protein and contains all essential amino acids, you could survive off Quinoa alone
