  • Im waiting for a gig in Poland :)

  • LEGENDS!

  • Tight, mean bass, crystal clear voice = great match. If Julie's voice wasn't around, I would also have upped Levene's guitar...but not now. Voice reminds me of Stevie Nicks'.

  • I liked 6/10

  • Respect to LoneLady as well - great album out last year - Nerve Up.

  • no one else should be called "mr. bass"

  • Not my kind of stuff, but good to see Wobble and Levine collaborating. Here's hoping they produce some less commercial stuff. Or that Wobble incorporates Levine into some of his great 30 Hertz stuff. In an ideal world John Lydon would be willing to pay these guys and they could take up where they left off circa 1980.

  • @hiddenfire65 Jah has stated that he wanted to harken back to the type of music he did with PIL, but with a vocalist who can actually sing. So I would not hold my breath for a collaboration with Lydon although I agree with you that it would be awesome. Still, I love the new album.

  • @Dspringerable He said something like that? I'm a little surprised. In his book he expresses awe at how well Lydon created his parts ... and listening to this makes me miss him.

  • @hiddenfire65 I believe he has awe for Lydon—who wouldn't?—but the interview I read is on Emusic, where he states the vocal style needed was with someone who has a great voice. I had not been aware of a book, so now I will try to find a copy.

  • @Dspringerable Wobble's book is called "Memoirs of a Geezer". Very well written. He quite properly writes quite a bit about PIL in the book and explains very well what was happening and why he left. I think he's running a special at 30Hertz where if you spend a certain amount you get the book thrown in for free right now. Funny thing, he really expresses dislike of Levine in the book.

  • @hiddenfire65 I suspect that would be in relation to the junky Keith of times past not the cleaned up man of now....

  • Great Album! Love Keith and Wobble in their PiL ages. I downloaded this album. We can hear Keith's fuzz guitar play on another tune 'Phantasms Rise' .... It reminds me of 'Metal Box' and 'Flowers of romance. Jah Wobble's bass refrain and rhythm mixing are also crazy cool!!!

  • Love Wobble thumping the drum in this, what a guy. Great track too, really works as a 2011 update on the Pil Metal Box era sound and with a proper singer this time too.

  • WOW! Whta a bass sound !! Brilliant Mr Wobble !!

  • Right on

  • Thats got Berlin written all over it! Its gonna rock...wicked !!

  • I can't hear any bass on this at all?

  • wasn't expecting that either.

    damn!

    that sure sounded good!!

  • this baseline is like a signature

  • This is great, crafty, wish the guitar was a bit more prominent, just a little....

  • Also, I searched for 'Psychic Life' when looking for this song... ended up getting here via a load of Sally Morgan videos! Not ideal!

  • Amazing! Seriously can't wait for the album. Great lyrics, great beat, great bassline (Wobble + Big Muff? >:D) also glad that Wobble and Keith could bury the hatchet... but that's the past, move on the EP and the full length!

  • Wobbo's puttin' on the beef------but stonkin' beat!

  • The lyrics to this song are neatly hidden in the psychiclife.co.uk website.

  • @Cigarshark1 Nicely done! I guess I'll have to poke around a bit more to find them.

  • @Cigarshark1

    ok, I found it

  • I AGREE KEITHS GUITAR NEED MORE VOLUME WOBBLE.

  • Jah, Julie & Keith: Thank you, amazing song and video...cannot wait for the album!

  • I just keep coming back to this video - 1st thing in the morning, quick spin at lunch, and few more after dinner - can't get the damn song out of my head... Absolutely fucking amazing track! Waiting for the EP and album to drop is torture of the best possible kind - lol!

  • OK bets are off! This damn punk thing is just gettin funkier!

  • Amazing

  • WOW
