Also, suicide bombers in afghan and iraq use wheel chair bound people or people who appear to be disabled in order to get bombs closer to troops as its less likely that a disabled person will blow them up. If you are an IDF soldier you're going to be on edge, you're surronded by people wanting to kill you by any means, he's getting in the way and is uncooperative, of course they are going to react negatively.

What I said was that Al-Qaeda and other terrorist organisations have used disabled people before for their sick and twisted motives, and considering the IDF face a 24/7 risk of such an attack, one of which could involved disabled persons (there have been so many in the past, its easy to document) there was a certain risk, and thats why they reacted to this guy like this.
