looks like he added the strobes or wired the lights up for the flashing. But its his factory 3rd brake light and exterior lamps from when you open your door.

dodge truck, easy install, took cargo light out, put this in.

What kind of truck was that, and how did you install them. Did you have to take out the cargo lights.
