sadly, this only has >50k video plays (at least for youtube) and pretty low download ratings. these 2 singers... disappeared. honestly, this song would never turn big, because they are rapping about their own lives which don't appeal to all listeners. many of their songs are about this "asian movement" -- we will not be moved-- and it's just such a turn off type of music. its the 21st century and we are getting more diverse. you must move forward and live to be successful in singing & life.

there are many different levels of deafness, a lot of people who are deaf can still hear certain pitches, they can also still feel vibrations. furthermore, beethoven was deaf and he still composed music. i hope that helps

i think he became slowly deaf in the first place and he didn't like it because he loved music so much. He walks around with headphones making people think he can't hear you because he's listening to music when he's actually deaf. Well that's what i thought. Any other explanation?

Something i don't understand: He's only DEAF. Why does he need to sign instead of talking? He BECAME deaf, so he knows how to speak.. so why? There's no real reason.

people who are deaf can speak a little but its still difficult for them. its not uncommon for a deaf person to use a combination of sign language and speaking. It's just like how deaf people can read people's lips. They use their mouth to assist them in communicating with others.

Well, i' 've realized that. but that kid had years of talking without an impair. The ASL teacher has became deaf when she was very young yet she speaks with clarity. (And yes, she also reads lips.)

There was no real reason for the maincharacter to cease talking. (Unless you either FORGOT how to speak properly, or, many ASL teachers are exceedingly achieved.)
