I hate how people think that when people want to loose weight, the only option is to diet??? UM NO. Just stop eating fatty foods, and stay active and hit the gym. You should NOT have to starve yourself to loose weight. Everyone wants to loose weight the quick way, but what always "quick" isnt always the most healthy! He looks great!
