You can shell it; the only thing neccesary for the achievements is that you had every treasure in you inventory at least once, you don't need to have em at the same time.

You don't have to play the game all the way through in one run to get a low total time you can just go chapter by chapter, using the Chapter Select, lowering your time in each. Your final time is a total of your lowest runs through the chapters.

i've found out that it mostly only works on singleplayer. in singleplayer i got healed 10 times (thanked every single one) bam achievement, i did this with my friend (he tried getting it to) got healed 10 times, no achievement.
