Koga was a rocket executive and did stuff was beaten by Green. Latter on when Lance was going on his need to kill all humans. Koga helped Blue fight against agetha, and after everything was over he went off to train with Bruno. And seeing as how evil persons were kicked out cept lance for some reason.. Koga filled a spot.
