First, my last post was in NO way meant to take away from this beautiful arrangement. It is great! After a couple of mins I think it is standard tuning, obviously in A. Learn your chords for the key of A, and understand the concept of moving bar chords. Also, there are spots when you can use an open string to really make movement between chords sing. An anthem is not easy to pull of on a GTR as the are gen. play by symphonies or choirs. This is a great job!!!

Concerning all the questions about tab. If your hands are ready to play this piece, you should be able to figure it out easily. Many times you only have sound, in this case you have sound and a clear vid. To start with you will need to determin if is in standard tuning. If not by wactching his hands or noticing when he plays an open string you can figure it out from there. If you need this fed to you in tab, you may not be ready for it. There is no shame in that keep working.

I have probably listened to numerous variants of the anthem - from orchestral, to choral, to synthesizer, to rock.
