I kinda miss the old style endings. SF4 endings may have higher production value, but out of necessity they are too short to say anything worthwhile. The cartoon endings are somewhat lame too.

Q is Louis (the black guy in the ending), they're after him due to the recent robberies of drug stores in the areas where he was spotted. Of course, the zombie apocalypse a decade later made it easier for Louis to get his fix of pills meaning he didn't need the disguise anymore.
Don't you just love how Capcom didn't shy with creating story lines for SF3. They provided bits and pieces of the characters background for Q, Remy,etc but didn't really polish up a full story. Unlike SFIV where most of the characters were forced to have a story line that's either unoriginal or the same as before.
On the character select screen If you choose him and hit all three punch buttons at the same time you'd hear a shout and you'd get to use his secret buddy Waldo.

Look at the back of Qs head, he has blonde hair and the only people that have blonde hair that in SF that i could be Q are cody, abel and eagle OR he could just be a character with no connections to other fighters at all.
Skullomania was from SF ex series which is not canon so skullomania cant be Q.

In the rival match between abel and guile , when guile does a sonic boom, abel says:" ive seen that move before" and then guile is surprised and wants to find out where abel had seen the move before but abel wont tell guile , so they fight.
And seth. If you watch Abel's prologue, the man that rescued him is speculated to be charlie. Also he could have seen it from seth cos seth uses that move too.
We don't know whether it was charlie that rescued abel, people are only guessing. Search for Abel's prologue on youtube and you will see for yourself.
seth didn`t die in sf4.he was was defeated only.he maybe in sf3 period but did not enter the tournament like some other street fighters.and seth did have some similiar moves like gill and urien.

If you did it correctly, you will see Q's face covering up your screen as he dashes from one side to the other, and then you'll fight him.

I think I say that should Capcom stop trying to dodge SF3 and blaming it so much. The crash happened before SF3 even came out. I want Q in SSF4 or any SF3 character in SSF4 or I ain't buying it for a while. And put Third Strike on PSN and Live, Capcom! The game had poor marketing and it needs to be known and be able to be played by many

Look at the back of Qs head, he has blonde hair and the only people that have blonde hair that in SF that i could be Q are cody, abel and eagle OR he could just be a character with no connections to other fighters at all.
Skullomania was from SF ex series which is not canon so skullomania cant be Q.

Everything. his physique, hi moves. Also capcom confirmed that the man on Ken's stage in SF2 standing in the boat is Q. Also in SSF4 we will find out what happened to charlie.

In the rival match between abel and guile , when guile does a sonic boom, abel says:" ive seen that move before" and then guile is surprised and wants to find out where abel had seen the move before but abel wont tell guile , so they fight.

And seth. If you watch Abel's prologue, the man that rescued him is speculated to be charlie. Also he could have seen it from seth cos seth uses that move too.

We don't know whether it was charlie that rescued abel, people are only guessing. Search for Abel's prologue on youtube and you will see for yourself.

Q is definitely a spy. he observes and record all street fighter moves in their own country. after that he passes the move data to seth.

Seth didn't exist at the point SF3 was made. and SF3 takes place after 4, so Seth would be dead or Gil and Urien taken his place.

seth didn`t die in sf4.he was was defeated only.he maybe in sf3 period but did not enter the tournament like some other street fighters.and seth did have some similiar moves like gill and urien.

It probably was that black guy. When that one guy said send this picture to security level 4, the black guy had to like hurry and turn into Q and get rid of the evidence or something.
Who knows, if we find out what Q really is he'll turn into Dan.

I think m.bison and Q are connected. If you go on the udon comics website there are street fighter comics and on one of the pages m.bison watches on as Q fights Ryu.

Q is probably an experimental leftover form the now defunct Shadaloo. I'm iffy on the whole Q= Abel thing BUT there is official Third Strike art that depicts Q with having short BLONDE locks sticking out from the back of his mask. Check this out:

lets remember it might be a new concept that they wanted to hype up it might not be a charecter of the past but something or someone new or they could be bringing someone in from another game OR it could be ANYONE from the past that has that stature and cybornetically modified the posibilites are endless with cybernetic enhancements so we cant rule anyone out...whos to say, it might be chun-li's dad it could be charlies dad looking for revenge on bison...just about anyone

is there anyone at capcom that truly knows the canon story and the backgrounds for each character? or do they just bullshit they're way through every storyline..i want to know what links all of the games together already..is it too much to ask for? who the hell is Q, are ryu and akuma related? is the little kid that balrog took gill? what's abels connection with SIN/shadoloo, however they do it, i want some damn answers already.
