Their basically circles with a render on top to make it look like water just like everything else i have seen, but if someone here on youtube.com could make something like Hydrophobia's water physics that would be impressive.

Haha i found a glitch on this if you shake it very hard the water gets stuck into laggy little clumps everywhere :3

This isn't actually "Phun", but phun appears to use the exact same method for simulating fluids.
Phun is certainly much better.
