@whosyagamer Hiya, The lathe is to be used to make SEG parts. Instead of using a manual lathe to turn parts, this can be programmed, then the raw material placed into the chuck, started & left to run until the set task is completed. Because it is programmable, the same task can be repeated over & over much quicker than using a manual lathe. Of course, manual lathes are great for one-offs, but for multiple parts, a programmable machine is the better solution.
Are you using the Searl device to power the lathe.
