  • @MrBEAST127 That's great! Can you share some photos/videos too!

As to plants, java moss grows great on driftwood. They grow a bit slow, but look gorgeous once they take a hold. Vallisneria is a very hardy and easy to grow plan, do add it. Then comes banana plant. That should do it for now :)

  • @MrBEAST127 Just curious, how is your transition coming along?

  • @MrBEAST127 6 barbs would do well, I suppose. But still keep a watch. All the best!

  • @MrBEAST127 Yes, continue feeding them, don't stop feeding.

If you have a filter on that other tank, that would be fantastic, if not at least put an aerator to keep oxygen level balanced in water. Aerator also helps to create some motion, better than completely stagnant water. If you find the water with your fishes currently in gets too dirty, cycle some water from it with fresh. Also, I would only add a fish or two to new setup and observe for few hrs before putting all in

  • @MrBEAST127 Thanks!

    Here's 1 of many ways

    - Transfer 50% water in a separate tub/tank, transfer you fishes in it, save the rest of water

    - Add substrate about an inch high, then top it off with gravel, now add the plants

    - Add the remaining 50% water you saved and fill up the rest with new water

    - Keep filter running for 2-4 days before restocking the tank, this will clear & condition the water & let the bacteria start colonizing

    - Re-stock with your fishes!

    Hope that helps.
