It's really too bad; I love fat guys and he genuinely seems to be a big sweetheart of a man, but it just breaks my heart to see someone like this being so big that he lives every moment of his life in pain and seclusion. The only criticism that I will make is that he/those around him really should have considered surgery at the point he went over 400 lbs. There is a certain weight range within which the surgery is not quite as risky as it can be at the much higher weights. I do wish him well.

Eating lots of meat, cheese, eggs and all kinds of protein will not get you fat, but these people will get a whole bag of sugary donuts and they will pour them in a 44 oz cup with milk and stir it and eat that like if it was a donut milk shake.

When you are done just wash it down with a 2 litre bottle of Pepsi and a bucket of buttered popcorn before bed. Then you can be sure you get all the vitamins and minerals you need.
