I do like Dig out your Soul but it just seems removed from those two in some respects even though there are a good few tracks there that could have easily appeared on the previous two.

Great tune, but when you listen to the LP version, you really can hear the "bloated" aspect. Basically, it's just where, speaking as a musician, we musicians just get too many ideas and try and pack it all in. Still, a good song, and a good album.

I've always prefered the live version then the LP version. LP is too long and layered. I mean there's like 3 guitars, 1 acoustic, a load of helicopter noises and no bass on the LP version. Just too bloated!

I looked this up on a oasis website cant remember what it was but it had a gigography. Apparently this tune was played once in 2000, about 15 times in 2002 and zero times since then. So it hasn't really been played much since BHN tour.
