  • Very nice video. We need more public awareness stuff like this so that the rescues are not so overwhelmed!

  • I am trying to be like him. :)

  • no they do not euthanize anymore. i met with him yesterday b.c i had a stray cat for 2 weeks. i loved this cat but no shelters or humane societies would take him. the animal control is actually a really good group now. they put them up for 3 days to see if an owner appears and if not they go into an adoption center or foster center. i thought bad about them until i researched about them and spoke with officer Fuchser about what they do to insure the cats' best interest. he's a good man.

  • what a good soul - a real mench

  • wonderful man, worked with him at the shelter for a year, he knows his job so well.

  • It's too bad the King County Executive and the King County Council members haven't watched this video. They recently announced plans to close both of King County's animal shelters and shut down all other animal services, including enforcement operations, on January 31, 2010. They have NO PLAN whatsoever for caring for KCACC's 12,000 animal annual caseload. This is happening due to King County's budget crisis.

  • @Bodhishanti good, shut them down, all they do is abuse and euthanize what good are they
