Well, I listened to both versions and I definitely liked Jordin's version better. So perhaps that entitles some of us to say that 'she sang better than MM'. Lighten up! After all, it's all a matter of opinion and taste.

Jordin did very well and hands down deserves to win Idol this year, but there is no way she did better than Martina. Yes, Jordin is great, but nobody can sing like Martina. The only Martina cover that I thought might be better than the original is Carrie Underwood's version of Independence Day.
