  • oh, you god damn liar! you said you didnt have any other videos.. BULLSHIT!! you have THREE other videos.. I mean.. how am I supposed to trust you now? I feel raped a little..

  • Have You ever used Harbor Freights brand of powder ? If so what's Your opinion of it ?Any help appreciated I have some MC parts to do,also an exhaust system for my Harley, will the coating hold up ? Mooseballs7353

  • nice bike man

  • Helpful vid ..thanks

  • Cool

  • Nice job. I was wondering what to do if i want to powder coat something big like a sub-frame from a car or something or something that does not fit in the oven. It is really annoying that no matter how big your garage is and no matter on how much money you spend on tools and shit, you still can't do everything yourself.

  • @TutorialTipCom Subframes are small, try full frames or roll cages. Can all be done at home with IR lamps if you are sufficiently motivated and have the money!

  • @chicksdigwagons I actually was trying to see if I can get my trailer powder coated. I learned that even the shop who is sandblasting it cannot do it either lol.

  • Pretty freakin' cool vid! Nicely done. Informative, and funny!

  • ughaa it's hot as balls in here

  • Great Video well done

  • would you be able to add a sort of splash design using some kind of masking agent before coating it? like a copper tape or something that could be removed after heating.

  • On your blast cabinet. Where did you get the ventilation system in the back? I need one for my harbor freight blast cab.

  • Awesome video man

  • haha! Pretty funny and informative. Although I noticed you twisted the wire tight to the end of the part and it didn't get the whole thing where the wire was. I've found just creating a metal hook out of coat hanger (bare metal one), allows for near 100% coverage around the contact point. Seems to stick just fine with that method. But good video...thanks bro!

  • thumbs up, lmao loved it.

  • never touch a sand blasted metal it will leave marks on it....

  • Great vid very funny and very entertaining thanks for sharing hehehe :)

  • You didn't say how long the final cooking was - otherwise...nice job.

  • great video!!!

  • Great vid, funny too. Question. Got a quote to get the springs done and a few other pieces from my springer front end off my chopper and got sticker shock. Just the 8 springs (if I did all prep work) was $200! Saw Eastwood's dual voltage gun for $169. Is the DIY results comparable in quality to professional facility doing it? Thanx.

  • hahah Great vid, learned a lot, and it was entertaining. Only thing, you never told what the electirical wire was called and how it was set up?

  • lol good job. thanks

  • gotta love the epic mealtime shoutout

  • I see that you missed that little part where the copper wire was attached. Would it not have been a better idea to put a screw in that nut (where you don't need paint) and then attach the wire to the bolt?

  • nice vid bro! Fast, funny and informative. cheers

  • "go watch epic meal time or somthin" haha i love it

  • Good job how much was all that equipment

  • Good work. I can't believe you wore a lav for this, you are a perfectionist it would seem!

  • "buaahhhhh its hot as balls in here"

  • You missed a spot...

  • i got the same oven, the on and off switch went bad so had to replace it. $34

  • how much did the whole set up cost?

    thanks..... great video!!!!!

  • Nicely done. As someone who's never seen power coating done, this is very helpful. I learned more in 7 minutes than in hours of fruitless web searching on the subject. (Most pages assume you already know the concepts.) Thanks mate.

  • cool video mate, thanks.

  • thanks man helped a lot

  • nice bike

  • great vid. quick question. the part of the support that had the wiring wrapped around ........right before the vid ends you can notice there is a piece that didnt get painted. what wld you do n that case?...touchup?...

  • Thanks for the vid bro! I learned alot!!!!!

  • kool vato just to the point . keep in touch

  • fuck you...........jk nice video

  • that guys kinda funny!

  • wasnt acerton super poisionous

  • What do you do about the end you tied the wire on?

Can you just sand it a bit and respray and bake for a uniform finish?

  • good video also what happens if need to do like a bike wheel what sort of oven would u use like if the part is to big for the oven is there ways around it?..

  • @MRWOGBOY1000 Use a quartz heating lamp. You have to move it around to get the whole part done.

  • You deserve a beer. That was great.

    G

  • what about where the wire connects to the part your powder coating? there appears to be no power covering the part? how do you solve that

  • awesome video man!

  • cool... i wanted to use my house oven until you mentioned not to :(

  • FUNNY AND EDUCATIONAL, BRILLIANT!

  • fuckin funny...

  • You should have a hanging system from your ceiling for small parts like that. Would be alot easier than trying to work arond the sawhorse legs. Still effective none the less. Post more vids when you can. Awesome

  • Awesome man. You have a great setup. Do you do this on the side to make a lil extra cash? If not you should...

  • lol pretty cool vid.
