got to your system properties and go to information for the hardrive then press x, x, left bumber, right bumper,x, x, and it will ask if you want to clean up your hard drive, and click yes

Go to your xbox memory menu when ever it says select device press X,X,LB,RB,X,X and it uninstalls all the updates on it

I think i website said that it only removes all patches from your hard drive and u can re download the patch when u go on xbox live
