@175 - I can give you the same advice as I tell folks on my site. Set up - I always stand so that the normal arc of my arm comes up through the 3, bull and twenty. When i throw the dart is goes through the same arc - that way I don't often hit the 5s and 1s. Then you just have to worry about the height of the dart. Good luck :)

@175 - I think so - but I just aim to let my arm do what it does naturally. That way I am not forcing things.

They seem like a nice set of arrows , what board is that your using? and would you recommend a winmau blade 4 for reduced bounce outs?
