That's a really great version. Although I will say: I've never heard a bad version of this song. Some songs are written to be bad-version-proof. This is definitely one of them. Another thing... Reach Out To Me is best sung with a wide-berthed vibrato, in the old-school Flanagan and Allen Cockney bus conductor fashion of yore, under conditions of slightly augmented natural acoustics, i.e. in the bath. You should try it sometime. Then you'll know what I mean.
