lol yes they do. The Robert Woods Johnson Foundation writes grants to organizations that 'educate the public and policy makers on the dangers of tobacco' up to $300,000 for something like passing a smoking ban. Why do they do this? Because they own Billions of dollars in Nicoderm Stock :)
