Thank you to weight training. I don't want to be one of those 90 year olds who can barely haul themselves out of their chair and stagger up stairs like they're attempting a squat workout. I don't care that much about the static power consumption of muscles and how much you can eat without getting fat, but being a wimpy old fogie is something I's rather change.
when you are defined and cut fitness model and you decide to stop working out and you realize that that was a mistake and that you want to look exaclly the same as you were before your workout program,is it posible to lose all your ganed muscles and shoulder broadness and look like you have never lift a weight in your life?and not just skunny,I mean to lose a muscle definition too?
I'm 6.0 and about 155lbs... And I don't see my abs.
"A great stomach comes from lowering your body fat not from doing thousands of sit-ups. Sit-ups don't burn fat. You would have to do them for weeks, non-stop, before you saw a difference. But if you lower your body fat by exercising and eating a bit less, then the abs will surface with just a few crunches a week."/ST/

one question that I have been pondering for a while...
is it possible too lose 100% of your muscle mass or does the body have a certain thresh-hold of burning muscles
I know there's alot of variables to this but what would be your answer in general?

You die long before you lose 100% of your muscles.

How do you not lose muscle when you diet? I want to only lose fat. I walk 2-3 miles 3-4 times a week but I do not lose weight.

you need to ask your self after a walk are you drippind with sweat and is your heart beat racing? if not why?
the best way to loose fat is to do 20 mins a day of intense cadio which will only burn fat.
