  • FUCK YOU BEN HOWARD!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 7 bastards people didn't saw a big black shape with eyes of fire ...

  • Undeniably brilliant, never to be challenged #1 heavy metal band. Deep, dark and exotically creepy like no other.......

  • To understand the difference between heaven and hell is the true message. They both exist , it's up to you as an individual to decide which way you want to go. Tony is telling you straight . Throw the bullshit away and repent.

  • DOES OZZY HAVE A EARING?!

  • 11/11/11

  • 0:10 flash back to the old sabbath days

  • I Vote for this song to be the most frightening song ever composed! Yikes.

  • This should be the theme song for Halloween

  • Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Motorhead, The Doors, and Led Zeppelin. NOW THAT'S THE SHIT! ROCK ON!

  • How many people can say the invented a whole musical genre? Well, these guys can. Heavy Metal Masters. \m/

Tony, Bill, Geezer and Ozzy kill it on this one.

  • nice, but i thought Evil Woman was Sabbath's first song?

  • If only they would reissue this concert in its entirety without the commentary. That would be worth buying.

  • 3:53

  • ¡¡ 6 PUNKS OF SHIT !!

  • Kind of funny to think that this song was written during the time of the Beatles ....they didn't stand a chance.

  • @BennythyKid Not so. Listen to the last third of "I Want You She's So Heavy" which came out before Sabbath.

  • @marvy1118 What's really awsome is you can hear the similarities in the two songs. Few people realize that the Beatles were one of Ozzy's biggest musical influences. He's just covered John Lennon's How, and Imagine was the inspiration behind Dreamer. Ozzy's metal don't get me wrong, but he's always admired the Beatles.

  • @BennythyKid Who didn't stand a chance? Sabbath or the Beatles? Both of them were huge! You do realize that Sabbath is the only Heavy Metal band that has continually performed together for over 40 years, right? OzzFest sells out anyway, but you can't even get in when Sabbath are scheduled to play together. The Beatles well we know the legend of the Beatles. Both Sabbath and the Beatles stood a chance, they revolutionized music in their own awsome way.

  • this is awesome live!!!!!!

  • YEP! I think i was here! used to be a big time BLACK SABBATH FREAK! ACID AND OTHERS WERE GOOD BACK THEN!

  • its unbelieveble that 6 dumbasses dislike this video !!!!!! this is 1000% metal

  • Uff ....Interview ... interview....

  • Name: Heavy Metal

Date of Birth: Friday the 13th of February 1970

    Father's Name: Tony Iommi

  • @LanceK17

Day I was born as well. It is no coincidence I love Sabbath and metal

  • @LanceK17 THATS MY BIRTHDAY!!!! :DD

  • @LanceK17 Is that your own? That is genious!

  • Can I find the video without the interviews? is it on the dvd? or somewhere else?

  • Sure you can scream, sure you can tune to drop god-knows-what, sure you can crank the gain on your amp or go ape shit with the distortion, but that all does NOT make you metal. THIS is the definition of metal! The darkness, the raw emotion is what makes this real metal, not screaming like an emo bitch. Horns up to Sabbath.

  • @saxabass exactly!!! you just said the right thing !!!

  • Comment removed

  • ...........and so we were so glommy and doomy...Geezer the bassman said " Hey men why don't we called Black Sabbath???" .....and so we called our shelves Black Sabbath.....and here is the song that we call.......BLACK SABBATH thank you........

  • 6:11 BOOBS......

  • OMG, awesome solo!

  • Could you imagine: the late 60's and the beatles went all fruity, the charts were ruled by the turtles and this album came out. I think the hippies would have all run off a cliff trying to get this monster riff out of their heads..

  • @killervoodooo OK, you now have an appointment with evil and death. They will be visiting you within the week. Please make all your final arrangements.

  • Ozzy reminds me of Gollum a bit. Or Avril Lavigne 30 years from now.

  • If that's what Geezer experienced just from having a book, imagine what evil spirits Jimmy Page faced, owning the largest occult bookstore in London and living in Aliester Crowley's house! Ooooh, shudder.

  • this kicks ass but WHA THE FUCK WHERE THEY THINKING PUTTING THE INTERVIEWS OVER THE FOOTAGE!?!?! They should rerelease this with an option for with or without the interview

  • i love this concert dvd, except for the really stupid interviews during the concert! haha well there not stupid but you know its kinda annoying

  • lol, tony, ever heard of sleep paralysis?

  • Black Sabbath,d Master of Heavy Metal!!!!!

  • :D Black Sabbath!!!!!

  • What happened to the book? Did it really disappear?

  • How does not video have a billion hits? Theres titts and an awesome song to go wit it. Im totally smashed surfin the web and this is the illest wave i caught.. oo shit its gettin better: no homo tho.

yes, and also I get goosebumps when the fast part at 5:10 kicks in, it's the pure dark sorcery

  • @dfordens

I get goosebumps everytime I hear this, ozzy is just terrifying!

  • @dfordens I still get goosebumps, especially at the solo. The first time I heard this song at 13 it scared the shit out of me, and couldn't sleep for a week! I am 15 right now.

  • lol Iommi is so cool on the stage. He plays these songs like they are nothing. He just stand there and do nothing:P Long live godfather of metal!!

  • this track is completely awesome, scarey as fuck, almost as scarey as the old dracula movies:)

  • the epitome of crushing riffs.. This my friends is where it ALL started. no debate or arguments.. this is it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Someone ought to send a complimentary CD set to the Westboro Baptist Church. Bet they'd LOVE it! Bahahahahaha.

On 2nd thought, guess it'd be a waste of a perfectly good CD.

  • @ 5:17 geezer is a beast

  • the auidence in this concert has no idea what they just sow , the sickest song and the greatest solo ever , from the kings of heavy metal , i'd wish i was there , =)

  • Somebody robbed you of that book you dumba**. Probably worth a pretty penny.

Big black shape with eyes of fire...!

LOL ... his name is Bubba. You sucker.

    RJ

  • I need to know something, was this song recorded in Eb? Or in E?

  • im not sure but the 70s is the one i prefer don gemme rong ozzy is a fuckin god but i liked there older one better

  • Watch the video of the song "Black Sabbath" from 1970. Then watch this one. Ozzy looks old and creepy in this video, compared to the 70 version. Tony, Geezer and Bill look older but normal. I was 15 in 1970 and like the older stuff better.

  • 6:12 - 6:16 lol

  • fav song of sabbath |,,| t SATAN t

  • Awsome Stage, Superb Sound, One Of The Best Fucking Bands In History =D

  • @ozzymate666 is not one of the best they are the best

gotta love ozzy dancing and clapping his hands during the solos.

It just gays it up! >:(

He always does it so i guess im use to it.

But it still cracks me up

  • 5:10 is when the magic of tony lommi begins; epic

  • @mitsuracer37 fucking GREAT SOLO!

  • goos bumps..

    @the girl

taking off shirt doesnt make any sense in

    this song

  • Maybe she's possessed!

  • Oh wow! Ya know, I have been a Black Sabbath and Ozzy fan for a long time and THIS tune is one of my two favs. The other fav of mine is "The Wizard."

  • Spinal Tap anyone?

  • They were so good.

  • That was Geezer, not Bill.

  • the drumming is not the same as the original

  • When was this?

  • 1999 i believe

  • Excellent, je connais bien des jeunes groupes qui feraient bien de prendre exemple sur leurs aînés !

  • oh shit!!!

    please God heelp meee!

  • my god this awesome. i can't seem to stop playing it.

  • This song gave birth to Heavy Metal...Period.

  • Yes...the other video on here from Paris 1970. Iommi playing a blood red SG with a crucifix round his neck. The summer of Love was over and the millenium of despair began...

  • best band ever!!

  • Wish they make a new album!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • No, that would be a embarrisment to the original 8. Nothing, not matter how hard they tried, would match those at all. It was the time period in which they were made which effected there sound - nowadays it would sound to much like Ozzy solo career.

  • do u know they have a new one out with dio? it's called the devil you know.

  • Yes! I know that!!! I was at their concert! I meant a new album with Ozzy.

  • yeah i know. i'd love for them to put out another album with ozzy too. i just didn't want you to miss out on another great album with dio. how was that concert by the way. i've never got to see them live with dio yet.

  • It was supper!!!!!!! I've sent you videos from this cincert.

  • Boobies 6:10 - 6:14

  • haha that chicks probably in her fifties or sixties now

  • what girl?

  • The most sinister song ever. Must have scared the living shit out of all the religious folk at the time. So dark and powerful! If only some band today would have what it takes to create something as heavy and groovy as this.

  • yeah, now there's just a bunch of black metal bands with guys who think barking is gonna scare anyone. Oh god, surely that's how hell sounds like, as if everyone was sick of the troath lol

  • what a BADASS solo, my favorite off the reunion album.

  • they are the founders of metal...with them it all began

  • @hayastan5

Well actually it began with Led Zeppelin, or rather before they became LZ. Ozzy was at a concert with LZ, and when it was over, he talked to his guitarist, and asked him "Did you hear how heavy they where?" Guitarist replied "we are gonna be heavy'er....." *not exact quotes, but the point is there :) But yes, Black Sabbbath took it to a new level, and fuelled the fire of heavy rock. Later to become Heavy Metal :)

  • Sabbath is So Heavy!!

If someone listens to heavy metal but not to Sabbath that person's a Dick!!

  • and a metal poser

  • high five. nobody believes me when i say this. they just laugh

  • @uu9999uu I listen Sabbath but actually not any other heavy metal. Funny.

  • @uu9999uu this song isn't very heavy. Also, why do you choose to insult those who don't listen to Sabbath? Perhaps they just haven't heard it yet?

  • @gairabad

I'm talking about those who listen to new metal and think old metal is crap.

  • @uu9999uu Its still silly to insult people on the basis of their preferences!

  • @gairabad If they're old enough to use the internet, they're old enough to know Sabbath. Unless they're chavs, in which case why would they be watching this?

  • @uu9999uu I don't think it's possible to enjoy heavy metal and not Sabbath. Sabbath ARE metal. They are the all time greatest rock gods

  • I love Geezer bassplay style at 5:17

  • uhh? he stay the whole time in just one note. But from 5:58 becames interesting.

  • lol 6:10

  • i have the dvd of this and its nothing but nasty ass tities..

  • The first Metal song .on the first metal album. the greatest metal song ever

  • no first metal song of all time

  • this is totally metal, this song will scare the shit out of you if you smoke weed in a dark room

  • 1st song of heavy metal !!!

  • Tommy looks like a vampire killer

  • Hygpnggogic Hypnopompic/bullshit. Sleep paralysis bullshit. There definately are real spirirt or demons hovering around my bed with me in it. Maybe playing dead (paralysis) will make these entities leave which they do in just a couple of minutes whenever the're done whatever it is they do. We are surrounded 24/7 by these demon beings and I/ve got a mind to do something about it once and for all!!!

  • No- yvettefoto, you just need to cut down on the great green bud. Give mary jane a rest for a while and see how the entities behave then. (:

  • It's about the music and the money when you boil it all down. Real awesome stage effects in this concert~I was truly impressed.

  • Whi is it every show Tony wears that leather jacket and never sweats. He's so fucking awesome. The dude hasnt aged in like 20 years.

  • hahaha Tony looks just liek Sex Machine

  • You mean Geezer Butler? From Dusk til Dawn right?

  • yep =]

  • The Frist Heavy Metal Song \,,/

  • Demons are real. Have you ever "woke up" to find someone or something moving around your bed doing wierd shit to you, it wasn't just a dream.

  • Its called sleep paralysis fool

  • Hell yeah, I LOVE those dreams. Especially when you wake up and can just SWEAR that there is someone or something in the room with you. Some kind of malevolent presence that you just can't see, but can damn sure FEEL the awesome, spine-tingling creepy, eeriness.

But, D1stur34nce is right, it's just sleep paralysis.

  • That laugh sends chills down my neck thats how awesome it is

  • first time i heard this song, head phones blazing thinking the thunder was a bit quiet and then that fucking riff kicks in. I jumped out of my skin. This song has the perfect feel to it and that break is just legendary.

  • Amazing solo!

  • some guy commented under one of Sabbath's videos that they are satanists...is it true people?

i love their music and i don't really care they are satanic or christian or whatever...i'm just curious..

  • I think yeah and no ish. At first i read some where that they warned people against satan, but then i heard that they centered they band and lyrics around war, anarchy, and satan. i dont care either, they're all rock.

  • try to find a documentary called "metal"... the answers lies there...

  • No they're not. Earlier in their career they were accused of being satanists because they dealt with the subject in their music. Though if you listen to it, they deal with satan as something you should be scared of, which is really a Christian sentiment. Though I don't think any of them are.

  • Nope, to the point that they got upset when the record company put a picture of an inverted cross on the original Black Sabbath album.

  • No their are not satanists. Ozzy and Tony were talking about how people go to see scary movie so they thought why not write scary music.

  • That's false, and ozzy is also married XD

  • ahh...Tony Iommi...so calm and reserve, but a real guitar-playing juggernaut with his Gibson SG at hand.

  • i cry everytime i see this video

  • hearing that story from tony..fucking gives me the chills man.

  • the one that tells the story is Geezer Butler

  • christ!...it is too...fuck newb

  • that was geezer telling the story tony the guitarist with black curly hair

  • Yes, but he came back into Black Sabbath, so he was in every stage of the band.

  • except the part where he was gone

  • titties!!!! 6:11

  • Drummer (i think must be Bill Ward) did this song justice. Past drummers messed up this song. Its so good to hear this song the way it was meant to sound like. Ozyy RULES

  • its ozzy two z's

  • Rock on Tony Iommi!!

The only one who was always in the band, fromEarth till Ozzy got sacked, and now with Heaven And Hell.

  • Didn't Tony leave the band, to play with Jethro Tull, for a bit??

  • Yeah, but that was before the "Black Sabbath" album, when they were called Earth.
