@lelopez30 I'm with u! Born Baptist, chose COGIC & returned to Baptist, but there is a difference in the expression of praise between most pentecostal & baptist folks! Its like dancing in the world, there is usually a distinction between the races, ages, etc. We all move to the beat of a different drummer, usually Baptist praise is a break out wild praise and pentecostal is a lil more organized, only because

@lelopez30 & ReezeeProduction: I was taught in the COGIC that you are to praise God at all times, praise him with a dance, etc. So dancing, like singing and any other gift u present, gets better in time! Like gifting in a relationship, ur gifts are more from the heart and u put more time on it! So u practice ur praise, perfect ur dance and when u bless Him, its more organized but still genuine! So there is a difference in the expression but the blessings still come down!

@lelopez30 I'll be there too! But I do think a change needed to take place! We need to go back to the roots of Holiness!! We spend too much time in the INCORPORATED, business aspect of things! Can we go back to what we were founded on? Hand clapping, foot stomping, tongue talking.. Well nvm I done got my own self excited! When we get back to that, is when we will be in the right place! @WilbGr8 VERY TRUE, the cogic and pentecostals are a litl more coordinated i am cogic and for the most part we STEP.....most of it is because we dont believe that its spirit only that unctions praise but you can shout just because you have breath...therefore if you wanna step..the is IN ORDER,,,spirit or no spirit

This is good teaching for musicians and praise leaders. You don't have to immediately jump into the shout music. Let it simmer and the praise will just come out.
