I am Kurdish from Iraq. but I do feel Iranian than Iraqi. I just love Iran. we dont forget Iranian people when Saddam was killing us and you were helping us by housing, food and kindness.

This concert and this song have special meaning, in Bam, after the earthquake, I think it was the first public concert by Shajarian since the revolution. When I hear this Neydavoud's tune with the poem of Bahar sung by this great master, I feel like the people in the concert, a very deep emotion.

morghe sahar is the bird that wakes poeple in the morning(4-5AM) this is the best time to comunicate with god and he is using the word "morghe sahar", but actually pointing out his own spirit to wake up and pray.BASICALLY (morghe sahar = his own spirit) there is obviously more into this song, but its a beutifull song. and good luck with your farsi. :D

Malekolshoaraye Bahar wrote this in the hay days of "Mashrootiat". It still rings true today. The same song became the anthem for "Tudeh" party (Iran's communist party). This is a great performance.
