This actually was released although not publicly, it was recorded in Berlin in 1994 and given as a gift to members of an old fan club on cassette. Although Schwarzes Glas was the only song not rerecorded for Herzeleid, most of it from 0.47 onwards sounds very similar to "Der Meister" which is on that album.
